If you're shortlisted, you'll receive an invitation for Stage 2 within 2 weeks.

Pre - Recorded Video Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to answer 4-5 questions via our video interview platform - EasyRecrue.
This allows us to get to know you, your motivations & aspirations better.
If you're shortlisted, you'll receive an invitation for Stage 3 within 2 weeks.

Panel Interview
A Live Video or In-Person interview with 3-4 leaders from our Business / Talent teams.
This is a 2.5 hour session comprising of:

1 Hour Business Case Preparation

30 mins Business Case Presentation

1 Hour Panel Interview
If you're shortlisted, you'll receive an invitation for Stage 4 within 1 week.

Final Interviews
2 Live Video Interviews with:
(a) SVP, Talent Management & Executive Career Management
(b) Senior Leader from the Business Unit identified for your first rotation
We will let you know of our final decision within 1 week.

Offer and Onboarding
You will receive our feedback within 1 week of completing Stage 4 of the selection process.
