Stage 1

Application

It takes just a few minutes to begin your adventure.

Our Talent Acquisition team will then review your application.

If you're shortlisted, you'll receive an invitation for Stage 2 within 2 weeks.

Stage 2

Online Assessment

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in our 3 online assessments (45 mins - 1 hour):

1. Game-Based Assessment (GBA)
2. Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)

3. Motivation Questionnaire (MQ)

These allow us to get to know you, your motivations & aspirations better.

If you're shortlisted, you'll receive an invitation for Stage 3 within 2 weeks.

Online Learning.
Stage 3

Digital Interview

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a pre-recorded video of themselves to the EasyRecrue platform.

If you're shortlisted, you'll receive an invitation for Stage 4 within 1 week.

Telemarketing
Stage 4

Assessment Center

The final round comprises of 

(a) 1 hour assessment center, where you will participate in group activities

(b) 1 hour Panel Interview with business and HR leaders

We will let you know of our final decision within 1 week.

Conference
Stage 5

Offer and Onboarding

You will receive our feedback within 1 week of completing Stage 4 of the selection process.
