Emerging Talent Program

Global Business

Graduates with up to 1 year of experience

You will be immersed in a robust 24-month rotation program, comprising of 2 rotations of 12 months each across our business areas: business analytics, marketing, finance, digital or project management. 

 

You will experience working across different functions, business units and geographies. You will be part of the ETP global business talent pool that will be managed at the corporate level. 

To set you up for success, you will have a dedicated mentor and coach.

 

Emerging Talent Program

Global Operations 

Engineering Graduates with up to 3 years of experience

You will be immersed in a robust 24-month rotation program, comprising of 3 rotations of 8 months each across our business areas: operations management, engineering, project management, continuous improvement or supply chain management.

 

You will experience working across different functions, business units, and geographies. You will be part of Essilor's Global Operations talent pool.

 

To set you up for success, you will have a dedicated mentor and coach.

Emerging Talent Program

China

Graduates with up to 2 years of experience

You will be immersed in a robust 24 month rotation program, targeting a specific landing position in Digital, Commercial or Operations. Your rotations will be in China, and focused on a specific landing position for which you will apply for.

 

You will be part of the China ETP talent pool that will be managed at the regional level. To set you up for success, we will expose you to our regional mentorship and coaching programs.
